Ellen M. Whitton Kotz, age 92, of Cambridge Springs, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Homer B. and Annice McMurtrie Whitton. Ellen graduated from Farmington High School and received her LPN degree from Willoughby School of Nursing, and also attended the Erie Business College. Ellen married Vernard Kotz on May 10, 1947. She was preceded in death by him on April 20, 2015, also two infant sons David and Thomas, seven sisters and two brothers.
She is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Jack and Eva Carson, one son and daughter-in-law, Martin and Judy Kotz, one grandson Ty Martin Kotz, his wife, Catherine, and their daughter Samantha and one granddaughter Amber Bartley and her husband Bryan and their son Tyler and daughter Maya. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service there at 12:00 Noon. Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery
