Dorothy Phyllis Hoffman age 92 of Millcreek Twp., passed away on Friday September 16, 2016 at St. Vincent Medical Center. She was born in Franklin, PA on January 22, 1924 a daughter of the late Shibley and Enza Goodman Mong. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce C. Hoffman in 1983 and one sister, Gean Breisch Dorothy retired from AMSCO where she worked in the payroll department. She was a longtime member of the Woman’s Club of Erie. She was also a member of Grace Church and was an avid golfer. She is survived by her daughter, Kande (Bob) McGregor of East Springfield and three nephews, Jack (Janet) Eakin of Pittsburgh, Tom (Betty) Eakin of Butler and Fritz (Marji) Breisch of Indiana Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. 4216 Sterrettania Rd. Erie 16506 on Tuesday from 5:00 PM until the time of the service at 7:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday morning at 11:00 AM in Franklin Cemetery in Franklin, PA. Memorial contributions may be made to either the Woman’s Club of Erie 259 West 6th St. Erie, PA 16507 or Grace Church 7300 Grubb Rd. McKean, PA 16426.
