Obituary of Jeanne Ann Nelson

Jeanne Ann Nelson, age 61 of McKean, passed away following an extended illness on Wednesday April 26, 2017.  She was born in Warsaw, NY on December 21, 1955 a daughter of the late Guernie F. and Virginia D. (Allen) Troutman.

Jeanne was a very giving person who loved her family and spending time with them.  She retired from Bob Evans, where she worked many years as a waitress.  

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, Richard, Dennis and Joseph Troutman; her two little angels in infancy, Jesse and Yvonne and one granddaughter, Savannah.

She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Denny Nelson of McKean; one son, Shawn Nelson and his fiancée Shana Kershaw of Erie; two step-sons, Greg and Mike Nelson; five grandchildren, Abby, Logan, Cameron, Neema and Jazarah; her siblings, Marian (Tom) Sokolowski, David (Mary) Troutman, John (Joanne) Troutman and Dawn (Gerald) Eisert; her in-laws, Earl Bradshaw Sr., Earl Bradshaw Jr., Janice (Charles) Moss and Pat (Michael) Hart; her three best friends, Kathy, Bonnie and Robin and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. 4216 Sterrettania Rd. Erie, PA 16506 on Saturday from 4:00 Pm until the time of the service at 6:00 PM.  Private interment will be held in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
