Gregory Steven Pedersen Gregory Steven Pedersen, age 51, of Millcreek Twp., left this life on February 14, 2013 to rejoin his beloved wife and soul mate, Valerie, who was taken from him on December 4, 2001. He was born on March 2, 1961, in Erie, the son of Gerald and Dian Pedersen. He graduated from McDowell H.S. and Erie County Technical School in 1979. He married Valerie Louise Swanson on October 23, 1993. At the time of his career ending illness, he was employed by Berry Plastics as a machinery maintenance and repair technician. He was an avid deer hunter and fisherman. He proudly displayed his restored and modified 1971 Chevrolet Nova at car shows throughout the area. He leaves behind his mother, Dian Pedersen, his father and stepmother, Gerald and Teresa Pedersen, brothers; Michael (Tami), David (Stephanie), nieces, Lauren and Holly, and nephews, Zachary and Henry Pedersen. His demise leaves a large void in the lives of his family and friends. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Private interment.
