Laurie Dart

Laurie Dart, age 63, of Fairview Twp., passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Erie, PA on October 31, 1960, the daughter of the late Gloria Crompton.

Laurie was a hospital health care administrator (BA in Business Administration) at St. Vincent Hospital and later obtained her BSN degree in nursing and was a dedicated RN at both St. Vincent Hospital and Hamot Hospital (ICU Unit).

She is survived by her loving husband James P. Dart, her children: Lindsey Dart, Jamie Figueredo (Ivan), Brittany McCarthy (Jack), Eric Dart (Rebecca), one sister Sharon Vincoski, one brother Dean Austin. Laurie was an adoring grandmother to six grandchildren: Owen, Collin, Ewan, Ivan, Fiona, and Declan.

Friends and family may attend a Memorial Service at Gannon University’s Mary Seat of Wisdom Chapel, 520 Peach Street, Erie, PA 16501 on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 11:00 am. Private interment.

Arrangements are being handled by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd.
