Obituary of Donald Lee Pancoast

Donald Lee Pancoast Donald Lee Pancoast, age 72, of Millcreek Twp., passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at the Erie Veterans Administration Medical Center. Donald was born on September 10, 1952, in Erie, the son of the late Daniel S. and Emmagene Irons Pancoast., Jr. He served in the US Air Force at posts overseas and stateside. He attended the Military Police School at Ft. Benning, GA and worked many years in law enforcement; attaining the rank of Police Detective while serving at Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL. He enjoyed sports; especially NASCAR, baseball, football, fishing (especially salt water), running 10K races, and was involved in breeding and raising German Shepard dogs. Donald is survived by his beloved wife Emelita Mon Pancoast, his brothers; Fred Pancoast (Ruth) of Danville, IL, Art Pancoast (Magie) of Millcreek Twp., Michael Pancoast (Jeannette) of South Bend, IN, and one sister Katherine Pancoast of Millcreek Twp. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Thursday, February 27, 2025 from Noon until the time of service there at 2 pm. Private interment.
