Gilbert Gervais Damnga

Gilbert Gervais Damnga, age 57, of Erie, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at St. Vincent Hospital. He was born on August 15, 1967 in the Central Africa Republic.

He worked as a chef and had a love for cooking.

He is survived by his wife Marie Nongangang, his children: Annette, Anastasie, Achille, Adolphe, Kabel, Alex, Diane, and Hilda. Also surviving are his grandchildren: Yannick, Mark, Naomi, Ketzia, Dela, Edem, Aaron, Azalea, Abriella, Rahiim, and Noah.

Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Friday, March 14, 2025 from 3 pm until 7 pm and are invited there for the service on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 10 am followed by interment at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
