Jeanne Marie Curry (Chilelli) Jeanne Marie Curry, age 67, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. Born on October 5, 1957, in Erie, PA, she was the beloved daughter of the late Edward and Rose (DeLuca) Chilelli. Jeanne was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Dave Curry, whose passing in 2004 left a profound mark on her heart. She also joins her parents and siblings: Charlene (Chilelli) Foley, Jim “Chickie”, and John (Sue), in eternal rest. She is survived by her three loving sons: David (Natalie) Curry of Cortland, NY, Nicholas (Kaylee) Curry of Erie, and Michael (Samantha) Curry of Erie. She was a cherished grandmother to Dahlia, Dax, Iris, Colton, and Cadence. She is also survived by her dear sister, Becky (Dan) Henry of Erie, sister-in-law Kathy Chilelli of Nashua, NH, nieces: Nadine Foley Robison, Maria Henry and Maddie Chilelli, and nephews; Chuck Foley and Aaron (Erin) Chilelli. Jeanne had an incredible ability to bring warmth and laughter to those around her. Though she carried the weight of deep loss, she never lost her radiant smile or her ability to brighten the lives of others. Her kindness, humor, and unwavering love will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Fairview Manor, particularly everyone in D hall, for their compassionate care during Jeanne’s last nine months, with special thanks to Nikki and Niki for their amazing support and kindness. A small, graveside service will be held for family and close friends on Saturday, March 8. 2025 at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jeanne’s memory to the St. Vincent de Paul Fund. May her love and laughter live on in the hearts of those she touched. All arrangements were handled by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc.
