Raymond Dean Baker Our beloved father, Raymond Dean Baker, 80 years old, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 4, 2025, in Erie. Ray was born on August 1, 1944 in Cleveland, OH. He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Elaine Baker on 04/01/2005, his parents Trenfield Lowden Baker and Pearl Louise Kelsey Baker, and two brothers; Robert and Ronald. The majority of his career was working with the Postal Service where he retired after 40 years of service. He was a member of the First Alliance Church and Grace Community Baptist Church in FL. Ray loved exploring the outdoors, photography, enjoying Presque Isle, talking with everyone who he met on his journeys, and sharing his faith with others. He is survived by his 3 sons: Michael, Andrew, and Paul Baker, his grandchildren: Logan, Jackson, Cadence, and Carly Baker, and his friend and companion Jeannie Griswold. Services will be held at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 from 11 am until the time of the service there at 1 pm. Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery.
