Tracy Marie Fulton
Tracy Marie Fulton, age 54, of Edinboro, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 4, 2025, from a rare auto- immune disease at Pittsburgh Presbyterian Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Tracy was born on July 13, 1970, in Erie, to her parents William Fulton (Denise) and Lynette Hamilton (Lynn). Tracy is survived by her two sons, Henri Frelin (Erica) and Riley Frelin (Dominique), her loving parents, her sister Ann Fulton, her brother Steven Combine and two step sisters Lisa Myers (Mark) and Sheryl Stemka (Michael), many aunts, uncles, cousins, one niece, and five nephews.
The family would like to express special thanks to her Aunt Patty Stoffan who helped take wonderful and loving care of Tracy in her final weeks and a special mention to her turtle Tuna that she loved so much
Tracy attended North East H.S. where she graduated with honors in 1988. She went to Edinboro University for 3 years before transferring to the University of Pittsburgh where she graduated with a BA in Education. After graduating, Tracy worked as a teacher where she had the opportunity to work with under privileged women in the prison system. She was the director of Welfare to Work in Pittsburgh. She traveled extensively during her time working for AmeriCorp. Later in life, she attended Mercyhurst University where she earned her nursing degree. She worked for several years at Hamot Medical Ctr. as a Labor and Delivery Nurse where she touched so many lives with her loving care and compassion. She was often recognized for her dedication to her work, receiving many awards over the years. She then went on to be a Labor and Delivery travel nurse where she worked in New Mexico and Arizona for several years.
She spent her down time exploring all the amazing places she could. Tracy loved nature, history, and travel. She had a life-long quest to explore, learn, and teach. She lived her life with grace and a zest for adventure. Tracy moved back home in early 2024 after her diagnosis to be closer to her family who loved her so much.
Tracy will be laid to rest at the Fulton Cemetery in Forest County next to her Grandpa Fulton. A service will be held there at a later date,
Tracy will be missed immensely and endlessly by not only her family but by all of those she touched in life with her grace and love.
