Rose “Rosey” Marie Finchio Cole

Our mother passed away peacefully after a brief illness surrounded by her loving family at her daughter’s home on Sunday, October 19, 2025. Rosey was a resident of Corry, PA.

Rose, age 68, was born in Erie, PA on June 10, 1957, the daughter of the late Joseph and Patricia Cummins Finchio.

She was a Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star, a Girl and Boy Scout leader for many years, a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Stancliff Hose Co., and she attended Corry Evangelical Church.

Rosie enjoyed thrifting, antiquing, gardening, cooking, sewing, crocheting, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Besides her grandparents and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers; Joe and Bill and two nephews.

She is survived by her beloved husband Henry Cole of 50 years, her children: Eric (Sarah) of FL, Rachel Marie (James John) of Millcreek, Wesley (Kay Leigh) of Fl, three brothers; Mike (Renee), William, Jr. (Shana), Robert, and four grandchildren: Evan, Bella, Brayden, Sophia, and countless loved ones and friends.

Friends may call on the family on Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 5 pm until 7 pm. at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd., Erie, PA 16506. Private interment.
