James Paul Nachman

James “Jim” Nachman, age 82, of Townville, PA passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at Fairview Manor of natural causes. He was born on June 9, 1943, in Erie, the son of the late Paul and Ethel Green Nachman.

He was employed at Eckerd Drugs in Titusville and Corry then at CVS as manager in Corry.

He was a member of the American Legion Post in Titusville. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, country line dancing, horse racing, and roller skating.

He is survived by two daughters; Wendy Lynn Genna and Lisa Marie Vargo, two grandchildren; Sophie and Joseph Orsini, one great-granddaughter Margaret Rosemary Salinas, three sisters; Linda Bauwin, Ruth Gamble, and Gail Detzel.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister Janice Nachman, and one brother Kevin Nachman.

Private services were conducted by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. at the convenience of the family with interment at Mt. of Olives Cemetery, at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
