Charles Eugene Seippel

Charles E. Seippel, age 75, of Millcreek Twp., passed away on Monday, January 26, 2026, after a brief illness. He was born on May 16, 1950, the son of the late Leslie and Lawanda Fowler Seippel, Sr.

He was employed at Crestwood Pet Center, Sea Cave, and 45 years at Erie Plating Co.

He enjoyed going to lunch with his daughters Janet and Lisa, spending time with his family, especially his great-grandchildren, golfing, and watching Sunday Football with his brothers; Ray and Les.

He is survived by his children: Janet Lee Maine (fiancé John Hull) of Wattsburg, Barbara Jean Williams (Jason) of Wattsburg, Charlie Seippel of Union City, Lisa Kane (Steven) of Union City, his sisters; Jeannie Beers of MS, Diane Watson of Erie, his brothers; Raymond, Les (Deb Seippel), Terry, and Richard Seippel, his grandchildren: Becka Hartman (Dan), Katy (Austin) Bisbee, Jacob Seipple, Courtney Maine, and his great-grandchildren: Austin, Benjamin, and Colton Hartman, DJ Seippel, and Delilah Bisbee. He was preceded in death by his former partner, Frank “Butch” Berdis, one brother Gary Seippel, and one grandson Devin Seippel. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. on Friday, January 30, 2026, from 3 until 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
