Obituary of Benjamin Sledzianowski

Benjamin T. Sledzianowski Benjamin T. Sledzianowski entered into heaven as an angel of the Lord on March 9, 2009. He was born in Erie, the son of Shawn and Stephanie (Skolnik) Sledzianowski. He was only with us for a short time, but he will always have the love of family and friends as he ascends into eternity. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his two sisters, Kelly and Rachel Sledzianowski. He is the nephew of Stacy and Douglas Hoffer of East Palestine, OH; Samantha and Sean Vannoy of New Galilee, PA; Sabrina and Matthew Fisher of Ellwood City, PA; Shelby Skolnik of New Galilee, PA; and Beth Marsh of Apalachin, NY. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Stephen and Cathy Skolnik of New Galilee, PA, his paternal grandparents, Thomas and Sandra Sledzianowski, of Endicott, NY, and his loving cousins. Family and friends are invited to Grace Church, 7300 Grubb Rd, McKean, PA 16426 in conjunction with the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., on Thursday, March 12, 2009, from 10:00 a.m. until time of prayer service at 12:00 noon for a celebration of his life. Private burial will occur at Beaver Falls Cemetery and Memorial Park, Beaver Falls, PA on Friday, March 13, where Benjamin will be laid to rest next to his maternal great grandparents, Vincent and Joan Jerome, to forever watch over him. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sledzianowski Family, C/O Grace Church, 7300 Grubb Rd., McKean, PA 16426. Donations will go to support associated expenses. The remainder of the expenses will be sent by the family to the following organizations that have assisted them: Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep (http://www.nowilaymedowntosleep.org/), String of Pearls (http://stringof pearlsonline.org/), and Caring Bridge (http://www.caringbridge.org/).
