Willie William "Bill" Winnett

Bill Winnett, age 77, passed away on September 15, 2008 at St. Vincent Health Center after an extended illness. He was born in Hazard, KY on July 15, 1931, the son of the late Seborn and Julia Winnett. Bill was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and brother. He retired after 20 years as foremen from the Plastek Group.

Bill is survived by his wife of 52 years, Billie Ann Morris Winnett, two daughters, Janet May of Erie, Julia Ann Ferraro (Bomber) of Erie, one son, Thomas Lee Winnett of Erie, one sister, Susie Morris of Erie, one brother, Charles Winnett of KY, seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Thursday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited there on Friday for the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Erie County Memorial Gardens.
