Shirley L. Trimble Symeki, age 88, of McKean Twp., passed away Monday, April 27, 2015 at Pleasant Ridge Manor West. She was born on September 24, 1929 in Indiana, PA, the daughter of the late Elmer and Grace Webster Trimble.
She had been employed at Niagara Plastics. Shirley was a member of The Church of God and participated in the Ladies' Ministry. She enjoyed church and her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Leo J. Symeki, two sisters, Regina Parshall, Emiline Conner, four brothers: Brove, Mick, Phil, and Lynn Trimble.
Shirley is survived by her children: Susan Snyder, Gary and Donald Symeki, Lydia Collier, one brother, Norman Trimble, ten grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Saturday from 2 p.m. until time of prayer service at 5:00 p.m. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
