George “Bud” A. Eaton, age 74, of McKean Boro, passed away Monday, September 14, 2015 at Millcreek Community Hospital after an extended illness. He was born on August 26, 1941, the son of the late Albert and Ethel Bartlett Eaton. He was a 1959 graduate of Strong Vincent H.S. and served in the US Navy immediately after graduation. He was employed at Firestone Rubber Co. and then worked at ADT Security until his retirement. Bud enjoyed hunting, spending time at his hunting camp, driving vehicles for local car dealers, and attending his grandsons’ sporting events.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years Diane L. Langer Eaton, two daughters; Yvonne Eaton-Stull (Mike) of McKean, Dea Dauson (Rick) of Waterford, one son Dan Eaton (Tracy) of McKean, two grandsons; Derrick and Cole Dauson, and four granddogs.
Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Saturday, September 19, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 6:30 p.m.
Private interment.
