Obituary of Gloria Sesler

Gloria Perrin Sesler, age 92, of Millcreek Twp., went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Fairview Manor. She was born in Los Angeles, CA on October 6, 1923, the daughter of the late Charles and Adeline Scofield Perrin. She was employed by Safeway Stores as a secretary and then worked at the Dispatch Herald in Erie. She attended First Assembly of God, volunteered at the Erie Community Day School, and volunteered and counseled for Leighton Ford Crusade Ministries. She enjoyed the classics. Gloria was preceded in death by her husband Frederick Dixon Sesler on August 10, 1981. She is survived by one daughter Dawn Louise Kierzek of Erie, two sons; Richard D. Sesler and Robert W. Sesler (Elise), both of Millcreek Twp., seven grandchildren: Matthew, Paul, and twins Ashley and Brittany Kierzek, Michael Sesler (Jessica), Lauren Behringer (Ben), Audrey Johnson (Phil), and seven great- grandchildren. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. and are invited to First Assembly of God, 8150 Oliver Rd., Erie, PA 16509 on Friday, February 26, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. for the Funeral Service conducted by the Rev.
