Kedrick (Rick) Bannister, age 62, passed away on Monday, February 29, 2016.
He was born on January 5, 1954, the son of the late Margie L. and John J. Bannister. He will be fondly missed by his fiancée, Debbie Serafine, his best four-legged friend, Dexter, and also missed by golfing friend, Tom Gaadt.
Rick was the former owner of numerous pizza shops, and then retired from AVI. He was always part of a team, whether it was with the Dowling Tavern Softball, or golfing, and bowling with numerous teams and individuals. He truly enjoyed eating at Sara’s, with his dog and fiancée at the beach, and hippy dogs at the Saegertown Dairy.
Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Road, on Wednesday from 6 to 8 pm. A private interment will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
