June M. East Schuetz June M. East Schuetz, age 66, of McKean Twp. died Thursday, December 15, 2011 at UPMC - Hamot due to complications from cancer. She was born on May 5, 1945 in Erie, the daughter of the late Max A. and Helen B. Michael East. She was a 1963 graduate of General McLane High School and received an Associate's degree from Erie Business Center. She was an employee at AMSCO many years ago. She was a member of Weiss Library United Methodist Church and a member of its Women's ministry. She enjoyed gardening and bowling. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Byron D. Schuetz of McKean Twp., two sons, Jeffrey A. Schuetz (Cathy) of McKean, Scott B. Schuetz (Phuong) of Greene Twp., one sister, Linda Hammer, of Richmond, VA., four grandchildren: Ashley, Matthew, Isaiah, and Caleb Schuetz. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. on Sunday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited there on Monday at 11:00 a.m. for the funeral service conducted by Rev. Frank Hodges. Private interment Erie County Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the Regional Cancer Center, 2500 West 12th Street, Erie, PA 16505.
