Daniel James Hoag

Daniel James Hoag was born on April 30, 1964 and passed away peacefully at home on June 17, 2017 in Grand Junction, CO.  He went home to Heaven to be with his mom whom he loved with all his heart.  He was a loving Brother, Uncle, and Friend.  He was preceded in death by his parents Golden Hardin Hoag Cooper, his step-father Jay W. Cooper, and his father George Hoag, Sr.

He is survived by his sisters: Anna Lord (David), Laura Hepler (George), Debra Hoag, Dinah Askins (Frank), Brenda Bates (Richard), Diane Bradley (Jason), his brothers: William Hardin (Becky), David Harden, Joseph Hoag (Char), Thomas Hoag, Mark Hoag (Sandra), George Hoag (Kim), Richard Hoag (Margarita), Steve Hoag (Susan), Raymond Cooper (Jessie), one daughter Nicole Shindledecker, and one son Christopher Hoag. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc.  on Friday, June 30, 2017 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Private inurnment. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
