Obituary of Linda Allgeier

Linda R. Allgeier Linda R. Allgeier, age 64, of Erie, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at St Vincent Health Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Erie on September 9, 1948, the daughter of Colleen J. Samsel of Erie and the late Raymond J. Allgeier. She was employed by the City of Erie for thirty-four years. She was an avid animal lover and had rescued many animals. She enjoyed gardening and reading. She is survived by her son, Stephen T. Allgeier, of Erie, one granddaughter, Abbagail Lucas, of Erie, one grandson, Justin Deloss Goodwill, five sisters: Kathleen Quinn, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Diane Hoydic, of Erie, Charmaine McGreal, of Stockton, California, Laurie Presogna (David), of Erie, Terri Allgeier, of Erie, one brother, Shawn Samsel, of Erie, sister-in-law, Mary Samsel, of Erie, and nine nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers: Gregory R. Samsel, Michael Allgeier, and Joseph Allgeier.
