Obituary of David A. Stankiewicz

David A. Stankiewicz, age 56, of Millcreek Twp., passed away Thursday, May 17, 2018 at LECOM S.L.C. surrounded by his loving family.  He was born in Erie on December 26, 1961, the son of the late William P. and Theresa Justham Stankiewicz. David was employed at American Sterilizer and UPMC-Hamot.  He was a member of St. Julia R.C. Church.  He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife Lori M. Lipsey Stankiewicz, his children; Ashley Nicole Yerkey, Karli Anne Kropp (Michael), his grandchildren; Michael, Lucas, Liam, Kensington, and two brothers.

Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Monday, May 21, 2018 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to St. Julia R.C. Church, 638 Roslyn Ave., Erie, PA 16505 on Tuesday, May 22, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. for the Funeral Mass. Private interment.  The family would especially like to thank “their” angels at LECOM S.L.C. and the VNA Hospice and their nurse, Kathy Miller.
