Carol D. Schlosser Panitzke

Carol D. Schlosser Panitzke, age 67, passed away Friday, June 1, 2018, at her McKean Twp. residence surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on May 31, 1951 in Meadville, PA, the daughter of the late Frederick J. and Dorothy Rohaly Schlosser.

She was a pre-school teacher at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, a past Matron of Gridley Chapter #324 Order of Eastern Star, was an advisor for the Erie Chapter Order of DeMolay, and a member of the Presque Isle Corvette Club.  Carol enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and attending events involving her Corvette.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years Chris T. Panitzke, one son Zachary A. Panitzke and his special friend, Rebecca Stephenson of Fairfax, VA and one sister-in-law, Laurie (Joe) Donato.    

Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. with an Eastern Star service at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Service is on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
