Lawrence “Larry” M. Pribonic, age 72, of Erie, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2018 at UPMC-Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh after a 2.5year battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born on July 24, 1946 in Akron, OH, the son of the late Michael and Helen Segedy Pribonic. Larry served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and was a bronze star recipient. He was a glazer and craftsman and was employed at Schall Glass and Corporate Glass Co. He was a member of St. Jude’s R.C. Church and was extremely dedicated to his Catholic faith. He was also a member of the Elk’s Lodge. He enjoyed golf, family, comedy, movies, and cigars. He was a wonderful father and coached his sons’ Little league teams and was at every game they played. He was a huge Cleveland sports fan. He loved summers and laying in the sun. He was a dog lover as well. He was always helping with his children’s projects and businesses.
