Theresa Zukowski

Theresa Zukowski, age 54, died at Edinboro Manor on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 4:07 pm from heart complications.

She was born on July 29, 1964 in Erie.  Theresa was a member of the Mercy Center for Women. She was the very first alumnae in the year 1997 for the Mercy Center where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Social Work.

Theresa was preceded in death by her mother Karen Zukowski-Bentz, her father Thaddeus Zukowski, and a brother Patrick Zukowski.  She is survived by her sister Melissa Carlson Bucci and a nephew Damian Carlson.  Theresa is also survived by her two children; Mark Zukowski and Julia Rose Zukowski and two grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Halynn and Kompton Zukowski.

Friends and family are welcome to the Belle Valley Presbyterian Church, 1694 Norcross Rd. on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 from 6 pm until the time of the Memorial Service at 8 pm with the Rev. Robert Schell officiating.  Private interment.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are welcome to a “Go Fund” account for the family on Facebook to help with expenses.  The Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 4216 Sterrettania Rd. is handling arrangements.
