Lillionna Skye Potthoff, infant daughter of Jessica Hays and Dustin Potthoff, was born into heaven on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital. In addition to her parents she is survived by her older brother, Michael Somerville Jr.; maternal grandmother, Lisa Hays and paternal grandparents, Tracy & Greg Potthoff.
Funeral services were private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care of the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. 4216 Sterrettania Rd. Erie, PA 16506
