Grace P. Waldrop Fenn Grace P. "Pearl" Waldrop Fenn, age 92, of Millcreek Twp., died Friday, September 16, 2011, at her granddaughter's residence in Millcreek, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 10, 1919 in Wilkinsburg, PA, the daughter of the late, Louis and Estelle Brown Waldrop. She moved to the Erie area in 1955 from Lower Burrell, PA and was employed at and retired from Comptech (Perry Plastics). Grace was a member of First Alliance Church and she enjoyed flower gardening, fishing, crocheting (for which she won blue ribbons at local fairs), watching ice skating and tennis and her pets (cats and dogs). She was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton R. Fenn in 1987. They were married on June 29, 1939. Also preceding Grace in death were her twin brother, Glenn Waldrop, and brothers, Charles and Frank Waldrop and a grandson, Ross A. Sitter. Grace is survived by her children, Clinton (Clint) A. Fenn (Shirley) of Millcreek, and Beverly J. Sitter (Norbert A.) of Millcreek, three grandchildren; Kim Gibbs (Ron), Sharon G. Gerlach (Michael), Steve Sitter, great grandson, Brandon Sitter, step grandchildren; Shannon and Aaron Gerlach. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Tuesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited there on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. for the funeral service conducted by the Revs, Rick Crocker and David Snyder. Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to First Alliance Great Mission Fund, 2939 Zimmerly Rd, Erie, PA 16506 or to the Erie Humane Society, 2507 Zimmerly Rd., Erie, PA 16506.
