John R. Ferguson
John R. Ferguson, age 78, of Fairview, died Friday April 9, 2010 at Millcreek Manor. He was born on March 5, 1932, son of the late, Albert and Edna Ferguson. He was a salesman for Kar Products; he enjoyed all aspects of cars, especially Nascar, and woodworking.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister Mary Hennesy; three brothers, Tom, Jim and Perry Ferguson; and one brother-in-law Harold W. Swift.
He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years; Lillian Swift Ferguson, their three children Debra R. (David) Gayley of NJ, Robert F. Ferguson his girlfriend Debra Fohner, and Brenda L. (Jeffrey) Burdick all of Millcreek, one special granddaughter Lili Ann Burdick of Millcreek, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Monday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Asera Care Hospice 1600 Peninsula Dr. Erie, PA 16505.
