Judith “Judy” H. Wolf Garrett Judith “Judy” H. Wolf Garrett, age 84, of Erie, passed away after a brief illness on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at UPMC-Hamot. She was born on December 19, 1936 in Ripley, NY, the daughter of the late Walter L. and Frieda E. Zenkner Wolf. Judy was a graduate of Ripley H.S. She was employed at PA Gas (National Fuel) for over twenty years until her retirement. She was a member of The Erie Church of Christ and was a weekly volunteer at the Erie City Mission. Judy enjoyed reading, cooking, doing crossword puzzles, and especially loved her church and faith., Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one aunt Hilda Seybolt. She is survived by her husband of 41 years Carl E. Garrett, five step-children: James S. Garrett (Katherine) of Denver CO, Carl E. Garrett II (Kathleen) of Millersville, MD, Semra T. Love (David) of Columbus, OH, Sabrina A. Thompson (Robert) of Aliquippa, PA, Samatha M. Romine of Columbus, OH, eight step grandchildren, and six great-step grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at a later and safer time by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Erie Church of Christ, 2317 West Grandview Blvd., Erie, PA 16506 or to the American Cancer Society, 2115 West 38th Street, Erie, PA 16508.
