Virginia Lee Hargrove Flora Virginia L. Hargrove Flora, age 94, of Millcreek Twp, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Friday, May 25, 2012 at her daughter's residence. She was born on May 7, 1918 in Milton, Iowa, the daughter of the late, J. Glen and Edith Campbell Hargrove. She resided in Millcreek for the past six years. She was employed as a teacher and secretary, but her most important role was being mom to Jay and Stephanie. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Coos Bay, Oregon and a sixty year member of PEO. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wesley Flora and a brother, Donald C. Hargrove. Virginia is survived by two children; Jay Flora (Justine) of Coos Bay, OR, and Stephanie Flora Russo, MD (Bill Wickham) of Millcreek Twp. Six grandchildren also survive: Megan and Daniel Flora, Molly and Gabrielle Russo, and Bethany and Allison Wickham. Services were private. Arrangements were handled by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. Memorial contributions may be made to PEO, c/o 5810 Pebblestone Ct., Erie, PA 16506.
