Obituary of Robert Allen Lasko

Robert Allen Lasko, 71, of Erie Pa, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2021 after living a long fulfilling life. He was born in Erie on May 16, 1950 a son of the late, Dorothy E. Semelka and Peter A. Lasko. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother Peter Lasko. After graduating from Academy High School, He stood tall serving our country in the United States Air Force. In 1982, he met Charlotte Agnes Stockton, they married in 1983, going on to have 6 children through marriage, Lloyd Stockton, Jeff Stockton, Rick (Peggy) Stockton, Debbie (Carmen) Croasmun, Frank (Theresa) Stockton and Sandy (Dale) White. During his life he enjoyed doing many things keeping him busy. He drove cabs and worked as a security guard for many years. Robert was a really big Steelers fan, loved fishing with his grandchildren, watching the races, and was a really good cook who always loved having his family over for gatherings. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Lasko, his children, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and his step-brother Erich (Maribeth) Semelka. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM and are invited to a funeral service there on Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 PM. Interment with full military honors will follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
