Karen D. Brule age 64 of Erie, passed away on unexpectedly on Sunday October 24, 2021 at St. Vincent Hospital. She was born in Erie on January 28, 1957 a daughter of the late Edward M. and Joan (Dawkins) Mikolajczak. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Debbie.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, her ex-husband and best friend Mike and her brother and best friend, John. Karen also enjoyed aliens, UFO’s, ghost’s, hauntings, watching TV and reading.
She is survived by her daughter Debbie (Dee), son-in-law, David; three grandchildren, Clarissa, Flareena and Kaulen and two brothers, John and Chester.
Funeral services were private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care of the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. 4216 Sterrettania Rd. Erie, PA 16506.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family, c/o the funeral home.
