Obituary of Wanda Adams

Wanda Adams age 91 of Marietta, GA and formerly of Erie, passed away on Friday October 1, 2021. She was born in Erie on October 9, 1929 a daughter of the late Joseph and Minetta (Carson) Myron. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence J. Adams and one sister, Doloris Dunn.
Wanda was a devoted homemaker and was a former member of Elmwood Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed baking, knitting, flower and vegetable gardening and spending time at Presque Isle.
Wanda is survived by her two children, Susan (Richard) Mangold of Marietta, GA and James (Diane) Adams of Erie; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two sisters, Marjorie Heirls and Lorna Thayer.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday November 6, 2021 at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. 4216 Sterrettania Rd. Erie, PA 16506. Interment will follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family, c/o Susan Mangold 3282 Timberloch Dr. Marietta, GA 30068; for a memorial garden at Greenwood Place in Marietta, GA.
