Obituary of Kenneth Kriebel

Kenneth Kriebel Kenneth Kriebel, age 69, of Greene Township, passed away at UPMC-Hamot on Thursday, January 6, 2022 after a long fight with heart issues. Ken was born in West Freedom, PA and lived most of his life in Erie. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Patricia Kriebel of Erie. He worked for Asplundh Tree and retired from Custom Engineering as Safety Director and Environmental Specialist. Ken is survived by his wife of 42 years, Sandra (Lutz) Kriebel, their two sons; Brint and his partner Michelle; Kevin and his partner Alyssa, his brother, Roger and his partner Taryn, a granddaughter, Laurel of Colorado Springs, and another grandchild expected this month, his niece Tara, and his nephew Jessie. Ken enjoyed hunting and spending time outdoors at his camp. Earlier in life, he taught his sons how to be handy with mechanics and remodeling the camp and his home. He enjoyed being a grandpa and was looking forward to the newest addition later this month. A private service will be held in Parker, PA where his cremains will be placed beside his parents. All arrangements were handled by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 4216 Sterrettania Rd.
