Obituary of Thomas Allen Teets

Thomas “Tom” Allen Teets Thomas “Tom” A. Teets, age 94, of Fairview Twp., passed away on Monday, January 17, 2022. He was born in Elizabeth Twp., Allegheny County on December 30, 1927, the son of the late Claude M. and Marjorie Anderson Teets. Tom was employed at PCA/Capital and United Airlines in PA, VA, and MD. He was a member of the Retired United Airlines Employees Association. He enjoyed woodworking, reading, and gardening. He was preceded in death by his wife Rosemary Ann Mangold Teets in 2014, one daughter, Lynne Greenwald, one son, Robert Teets in 1975, two sisters; M. Phyllis Patrick, Shirley Teets, one brother, John Teets. He is survived by his daughter Karen Hampton, three grandchildren: Christy, Alissa, and Noah, six great-grandchildren: Jack, Autumn, Desmond, Arel, Dakota, River and several nieces and nephews, good neighbors and friends. Friends may attend a Memorial Service at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 1070 Dutch Road, Fairview, PA 16415 on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 2 P.M. Inurnment immediately following after the service at the church. All arrangements by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 4216 Sterrettania Rd. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Fairview Area Historical Society, 4302 Avonia Rd., Fairview, PA 16415 or to the Inner-City Neighborhood Art House, 201 East 10th Street, Erie, PA 16503.
