Gail M. Laughner

Gail M. Laughner, age 63, of Erie, passed away Friday, May 13, 2022 after a six year battle with cancer. She was born in Erie on June 28, 1958, daughter of the late Anthony and Maureen Rizzo Jaskiewicz.

Gail was a 1976 graduate of Tech Memorial High School. She was an employee at Wegmans for over 25 years. She was very active in her church, St. Francis Xavier, where she taught catechism on Sundays. Gail was loved by many friends and family. She had the most infectious laugh and a beautiful smile.

Gail is survived by her husband of 44 years, Gary S. Laughner; four children, Angela Webb (Ryan), Keith Laughner (Sarah), Eric Laughner (Grace), and Anthony Laughner (Erin); five grandchildren, Sierra, Bryce, Delaney, Joeseph, and Kennedy; three brothers, James (Stacy), Mark (Annie) and Scott Jaskiewicz; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Road, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm and are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Wednesday at St. Francis Xavier Church, 8880 Main Street, McKean, at 12:30 pm. Private interment will be held at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
