Obituary of Betty L. Chessario

Betty Plyer Chessario Betty Plyler Chessario, age 94, formerly of Millcreek Twp. and Beverly Hills, FL, passed away in Brookville, PA on Tuesday, July 19, 2022. She was born in Brookville on November 22, 1927, the daughter of the late Henry E. and Sarah C. Rhoads Plyler. She was self -employed as a cosmetologist and volunteered at the American Cancer Society and the Gertrude Barber Center. Her hobbies included: bowling, golfing, baking, and playing cards. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Chessario, one son Robert Chessario, Jr., one daughter Janet Chessario Clark, one grandson Michael Clark, Jr., eight brothers: Wayne, Lee, Henry, Paul, Jim, Samuel, Perry, Dale, and three sisters; Lula, Claire, and Violet. Betty is survived by one son-in-law Michael Clark, one grandson Martin Clark, a granddaughter-in-law Maria Clark, her great-grandchildren Andrew, Nicole, Joseph, Jacob, and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Monday, July 25, 2022 from 3 pm until 7 pm and are invited there on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 9:15 am for prayers followed by a Funeral Service at Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church, 2401 West 38th Street, Erie, PA 16506 at 10 am. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
