Charity H. Grimes
Charity H. Grimes, age 29, of Erie, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 30, 2022. She was born in Raleigh, NC on March 6, 1993, daughter of Rev. Daryl and Michelle Grimes.
Charity was an amazing cook and enjoyed doing advanced coloring books and being with her dogs, Harper and Chip.
In addition to her parents, Charity is survived by two brothers, Luke Grimes (Sydney) and Isaiah Grimes (Baylea); one nephew, Maverick Grimes; and her grandparents, Elmer and Jean Grimes and Hazel Moody. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Michael Rouse.
Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Road, on Monday from 5 to 8 pm. Further visitation will be held at Bethel Baptist Church, 1781 West 38th Street, on Tuesday from 11 am until the time of the Funeral Service there at noon. Interment will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Charity’s family.
