Nancy R. Pruyn Salamonsen
Nancy R. Pruyn Salamonsen, age 72, of McKean Twp., passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023, after a battle with Alzheimer’s disease. She was born in Erie on August 7, 1950, the daughter of the late Donald D. and Virginia Gunter Pruyn. Nancy enjoyed spending time with her two grandsons and enjoyed horses.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister Janet Lippy and one brother Kenneth Pruyn.
She is survived by her husband Timothy J. Salamonsen, Sr., two sons; Timothy J. Salamonsen, Jr. (Laura) of Union City, Mark D. Salamonsen (Rebecca) of McKean, two grandsons; Luke and Eric Salamonsen, one sister Maryann Galbraith (Howard) and several nieces and nephews.
Private services were conducted at the convenience of the family by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, 322 Eighth Ave., 16th floor, New York, City, NY 10001.
