Obituary of Cecelia Bianca Payne

Cecelia (Totleben) Payne Cecelia (Totleben) Payne, age 99, of Millcreek Township passed away on June 10, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Ignazio and Giovanna Totleben. She was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Payne, two brothers; Romeo (Dorothy) Totleben and Elmer (Nancy) Totleben, two sisters; Ruby (Al) Kopycinski and Melda (Armand) Crolli. She is survived by one daughter and caregiver, Dianne Payne, of Erie, PA and one son, David (Patricia) Payne, of New Baden, Texas. She is also survived by her sister, Joanne Totleben of Erie, PA, two grandchildren, three great grandchildren, one great- great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. She was a graduate of Academy High in June, 1941 winning the Gregg Shorthand Gold Pin Award. She worked at Erie Concrete & Steel, The Bank of Erie - 12th & Parade office, and the First National Bank at 10th & State. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, and working in her flower garden. She had a joyful spirit, a sensitive heart, and a caring way. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Family Hospice, 1700 Peach Street, Suite 244, Erie, PA. 16501. Private viewing, service, and burial were handled by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. No Viewing – Private Burial
