Lillian E. Sigmond Sipple
Lillian E. “Lina” Sipple of Erie, passed away on Monday, June 26,2023 after a long full life of 103 years. She was born in Erie, the daughter of the late John and Helene Sigmond. Mrs. Sipple was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, boating, bird and nature watching, and all matters pertaining to assisting and maintaining her family. She was a long-time member of St. Julia's Parish, Lake Shore Garden Club, and the Erie Yacht Club.
Mrs. Sipple was preceded in death by her husband George H. Sipple, two brothers: Jack and Donald Sigmond, three sisters: Helen Dubane, Nancy Stowe, and Julia Sigmond, a son-in- law Peter W. Reyburn, and a grandson Justin R. Sipple.
She is survived by a daughter Heidi S. Reyburn, a son and daughter-in-law George R. and Cheryl Sipple, a grandson and granddaughter Derek J. Sipple and Halle E. Sipple, and several great grandchildren.
Local arrangements were handled by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd.
Memorials will be established at a later date.
