Kent R. Gifford
Kent R. Gifford, age 51, of Fairview, died Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at his residence after a brief illness. He was born on June 13, 1957 in Van Nuys, CA, the son of Geraldine Gifford and the late Franklin Gifford. He was employed at Plastek Industries. He enjoyed playing in golf leagues and bowling.
He is survived by his wife, Kim A. Kates Gifford, three children; Corinne, Carrie, and Curtis Gifford, one grandson, Bryan Olmstead, one sister, Carolyn Swords (Peter) of Henderson, NV, and one brother, Mike Gifford (Vicki) of Palmdale, CA.
Friends are invited to a Memorial Service at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service there at 11:00 a.m. Private interment. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2115 West 38th St., Erie, PA 16508.
