Ronald “Ron” R. Thomas
Ronald “Ron” R. Thomas, age 82, passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at St. Vincent Hospital. He was born in Erie on July 8, 1942, the son of the late Raymond E. and Rose Bongiorno Thomas.
He enjoyed automobiles and owned National Auto Sales and Sterling Auto Sales. He enjoyed his dogs and taking walks.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Jannine Dodge Thomas.
He is survived by his wife Lori Howard Thomas, two sons; Jeffrey Thomas of Las Vegas, Christopher Thomas of Millcreek Twp., 4 grandchildren, and one brother John Charles Thomas of Erie.
Private arrangements were handled by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Erie Humane Society.
