Michael James Theobald, Jr.
Michael J. Theobald, Jr., age 93, of Millcreek Twp, passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at the Sarah Reed Retirement Ctr. He was born in Erie on January 29, 1931, the son of the late Michael J. and Julia Mannas Theobald, Sr.
Michael was self- employed as a CPA for 55 years until his retirement.
He was a life time member of the Erie Maennerchor Club and sang in their choir.
He was preceded in death by his wife Audrey J. Weyand Theobald, one daughter Julie Theobald and one sister Louise Theobald Swartz.
He is survived by his children; Therese M. Theobald McKolanis, two sons; Michael J. Theobald, III. and Henry J. Theobald, and one grandson Michael R. McKolanis.
Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Thursday, August 29, 2024 from 3 pm until 6 pm and are invited there on Friday, August 30, 2024 for Prayers at 9:30 am followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Jude R.C. Church, 2801 West 6th Street at 10 am. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
