Ronald Gutowski
Ronald "Ron" Gutowski, age 57, of North Springfield, formerly of North Carolina, died Sunday, June 28, 2009 at his residence after a brief illness. He was born in Dearborn, MI, the son of Raymond J. Gutowski, Jr. and the late Mildred Inez Smith Gutowski Lloyd.
He was self-employed and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loved to remodel.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia A. Mountain Gutowski, four daughters: Tara Jaraczewski (Nick) of Erie, Megan Gutowski (James) of Erie, Rachel Sawyer (Johann) of Oregon, and Jessica Baker of Erie, three grandchildren: Matthew, Isabelle, and Anna, three sisters: Ramona Guarino (Jim) of Wattsburg, Linda Walsh (Mike) of Spartansburg, Laurie Morris (Gary) of North Carolina, two brothers; Stan Gutowski (Berta) of West Springfield, David Hallowell (Deb) of East Springfield, two brothers-in-law; James Mountain (Anita) and Jerry Mountain (Kathy) of Lake City, mother-in-law, Shirley Mountain of North Springfield, several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by one sister, Karen Gutowski.
Services were private. Arrangements were handled by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 4216 Sterrettania Rd.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
