Obituary of Rita Ann Murray Neth

Rita Ann Murray Neth Rita Ann Murray Neth, age 89, of Summit Twp., passed away after a brief illness on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. She was born in Lima, OH on September 4, 1935, the daughter of the late Wilton and Mary Hamman Murray. She enjoyed gardening, and her lawn, reading, doing puzzles, but the best enjoyment was “GiGi” adoring her grandchildren and great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard H. Neth and two brothers; Donald and James Murray. Rita is survived by her children: Linda M. Will (Tim) of Summit Twp., Richard A. Neth (Banu) of Columbia, SC, Douglas Rashbrook (Brenda) of Bemus Point, NY, four grandchildren: Leanne Cypher (Todd), Todd Will (Shannon), Kyle Will (Amelia), Derin Cetiner, five great-grandchildren: Barrett, Kendyl, Hannah, Owen, and Luke. Also, brothers; Joseph Murray (Renee), John Murray (Sally), and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses, and aides on the 5th floor of UPMC-Hamot for the care they provided Rita. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Monday, January 20, 2025 from 10 am until the time of a Memorial Service at 11:00 am.
