Theodore I. Hull


Theodore (Ted) I. Hull, age 62, died unexpectedly on Friday, January 7, 2011, at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Buffalo, NY. He was born in Erie on August 10, 1948, the son of Gerald R. Hull and Frances (Winders) Hull/Endlich and stepson of Daniel Endlich, all deceased.


He is survived by his loving children; Amanda L. Hull (Eric Cocannon) and Greggory J. Hull (fiancé, Bethany Sedney) of Erie. He is also survived by his best buddy, his grandson, Justin Hull, who misses his Grandpa dearly, and his brother, Robert Hull, of Erie.


Ted attended Strong Vincent H. S. He enlisted in the Army and served in Germany during the Vietnam War. He was a welder by trade, employed as a Field Journeyman Boilermaker and worked on many construction projects in the tri-state area. Ted was a family man who really loved and enjoyed his children. He immersed himself in their hobbies and activities, most recently Classic car shows and drag racing. He loved attending the local and regional Classic Car Shows and watching his son drag race. He was a current member of the Erie Street Machines and a former member of the Presque Isle Corvette Club.


Friends may call Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until time of sharing at 2:30 p.m. at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. Private interment Erie County Memorial Gardens.
