Nedra C. Nordin Hultberg
Nedra C. Nordin Hultberg, age 68, of Millcreek Twp., went home to be with the Lord surrounded by her loving family on Friday, November 13, 2009 at St. Vincent Health Center after a brief illness. She was born in Erie on January 7, 1941, the daughter of the late, Ralph and Bridget DeGeorge Nordin.
She was a 1958 graduate of Strong Vincent High School. She was co-owner with her husband of Hultberg's Meats for twenty years. She was a homemaker and mother to her five children.
Nedra is survived by her husband of forty eight years, Ronald D. Hultberg, one daughter, Stephanie Bucci (Tom) of Roswell, GA, four sons: Brian Hultberg (Sandy), Kevin Hultberg (Cindy), Dennis Hultberg (Jennifer), Dana Hultberg, all of Erie, five grandchildren: James, Jessica, and Ali Hultberg, and Chelsea and Cate Bucci. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Dennis and Ralph Nordin.
Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Tuesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited there on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. for the funeral service. Private entombment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the John Kanzius Cancer Research Foundation, 915 State St., Palace Foundation Building, Erie, PA 16501.
