Dimitrios Ioannidis Dimitrios Ioannidis, age 62, of Millcreek Twp. passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at UPMC - Hamot. He was born on March 15, 1950 in Chalkis, Greece, the son of Eleni Ioannidis of Greece and the late Apollon Ioannidis. He was employed at Erie's GE Co. for the past 18 years. He was a member of The Assumption Greek Orthodox Church. He enjoyed soccer, basketball, and was an avid Arsenal Fan of 28 years. He is survived by his wife, Margaret L. Brown Ioannidis, one daughter, Eleni Z. Ioannidis, of Millcreek, one brother, Byron Ioannidis, of Greece, one niece, Evelyn Ioannidis, of Greece. He was preceded in death by one son, Apollon Ioannidis. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. followed by the funeral service at The Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 4376 West Lake Road at 11:45 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
